1). Can you print one t-shirt for me?

No. We are a bulk printing company, we have a minimum order of 24 units. However, if you really need a small batch of shirts done, there is another option that we can offer called DTF. This involves heat pressing a thin plastic film with your image on it onto a shirt, tote, sweater, etc... It doesn’t feel as nice as a screen print, and doesn’t hold up for as long (guaranteed for up to 50 washes), but if you need a really small batch order, or if you have complicated artwork with a lot of colours that won’t work on our press, it is a viable, low cost option.

2). Can I bring my own shirts?

You can! We have a separate pricing structure for customer supplied garments. However, we are not responsible for misprints on customer-bought garments. We hold to an industry standard of up to 5% misprints per design/location. If you really need a specific amount it is best to supply extras. But we do have access to a wide selection of apparel, so ask us before you go paying retail price at the mall.

3). What is screen printing?

A lot nicer than just melting plastic onto your shirt. And when ordering large quantities, it’s the most cost effective method of getting a high quality copy of your art on a shirt. But don’t take our word for it, Google the process!

4). Can I get 7 Metallica t-shirts?

For starters, see question 1. Also, if you don’t hold the copyright to the artwork, we can’t print it.

5). What kind of artwork do I need?

Ideally, a VECTOR file! Less ideally, but still workable, a JPEG or PDF with a DPI of around 300. If you can’t get a high quality art file, we can usually vectorize it for you. Depending on the complexity, an artwork processing fee of 90$ may apply for vectorization.

6). I know what I want on a shirt but I don’t have any artwork.

Technically not a question, we know. For simple text based logos and designs, we can help you out for a fee of 90+HST/hour. Anything complicated and you’ll need to hire a graphic designer. We know a couple if you’d like a recommendation!

7). I’m starting a clothing line. Can I get 4 shirts if I come back for, like, 100 once it takes off?

Sigh. See question 1.

8). Can I get a sample of my shirt before I go ahead with the order?

No, because we can’t set up and hold up the press for one item. But every order includes a digital mockup to be approved before we start on any production.

9). How big can my artwork be?

The maximum size for a print is 14” wide x 16.5” long.

10). How soon will I get my shirts?

Our turnaround time for screen printing is approximately 2 weeks from the date your invoice is paid. For embroidery it is about 3 weeks, and for patches and labels it can take up to 6 weeks. For all other promotional materials, turnaround time varies greatly depending on the item. If you have a shorter deadline we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on the situation a rush fee of 100$ may apply.

11). How do I order?

Send us an email, give us a call, come by the shop, or message us on social. Once we know what you want and what you want on it, we’ll send you a mockup for approval (please thoroughly review all details!). Once that’s approved, you’ll receive an invoice. We do require full payment up front as we’re dealing with customized merch that can’t be repurposed (if it’s a very large order we can work out a deposit). Once everything is settled, we’ll start on production, and you’ll receive notice when your order is complete! We can do pick up, free local delivery, or shipping at cost.
